Marek Dupnitsa is a professional football club from Dupnitsa in Bulgaria . The club was formed in 1947 from the union of four local clubs - Slavia, Levski, ZhSK and Athletic. “Marek” was a pseudonym of Stanke Dimitrov , a Bulgarian communist, after whom the city was named from 1948 to 1992.
The biggest success so far is winning the Bulgarian Cup in 1978. The home stadium holds 16,050 spectators and is in Bonchuk . The club's colors are red, white and blue.
