The Slovenska Nogometna Liga 2002/03 , also known as Liga Si.mobil Vodafone after the sponsor, was the twelfth season of the highest Slovenian league in men's football . It began on July 12, 2002 and ended on June 1, 2003. The defending champion was NK Maribor .

NK Korotan Prevalje was the first to be relegated on matchday 22. The team had previously not appeared for the league game twice and was then excluded from the league. Only the first eleven games of the season were included in the rating.
