The Slovenska Nogometna Liga 1995/96 , also called Liga Si.mobil Vodafone after the sponsor, was the fifth season of the top Slovenian league in men's football . It began on July 30, 1995 and ended on June 8, 1996. The defending champion was NK Olimpija Ljubljana . Champion became ND HIT Gorica for the first time .

The league was reduced to ten clubs. These played against each other four times in the course of a season; twice at home, twice away. Thus each team played 36 games per season. The bottom of the table rose directly, the penultimate played in the relegation against the second in the Druga Slovenska Nogometna Liga to qualify for the Slovenska Nogometna Liga 1996/97.
