The 2001/02 Slovenska Nogometna Liga , also called Liga Si.mobil Vodafone after the sponsor, was the eleventh season of the top Slovenian league in men's football . It began on July 21, 2001 and ended on May 5, 2002. The defending champion was NK Maribor Teatanic .

The twelve teams competed against each other in three rounds, so that 33 match days had to be completed. The teams that finished in the first six places after 22 games had a total of 17 home games, the other 16. The last two were relegated directly.
