The Esiliiga 2010 was the 20th season of the second highest Estonian football division of men, the Esiliiga . The game was played regularly from March 10th to November 7th, 2010.
season
As in the previous season, the league consisted of ten teams, and the championship was played in a regular season in two first and two second round matches. Each team competed four times against every other team. Because the second teams of Flora Tallinn and Levadia Tallinn had the first two places in the table, but were not eligible for promotion, FC Ajax Lasnamäe rose as third in the table directly to the Meistriliiga . The fourth place Kiviõli Tamme Auto carried the promotion relegation against FC Kuressaare , but did not get promoted. The FC Valga Warrior played despite the defeat in the relegation for relegation against FC Infonet Tallinn in the following season in the Esiliiga.

At the end of the regular season, the eight-placed Esiliiga competed against the winner of the decision game of the two second-placed teams of the II Liiga Ida / Põhi (East) and Lääs / Lõuna (West) in the relegation.
