The Esiliiga 2012 was the 22nd season of the second highest Estonian football division of men, the Esiliiga . The season was held from March 11th to November 4th 2012.

As in the previous season, the league consisted of 10 teams, the championship was played in a regular playing time in 2 first and 2 second round matches. Each team competed four times against every other team. The table top FC Infonet Tallinn rose directly to the Meistriliiga , the third-placed JK Tarvas Rakvere played in the promotion relegation . The last and penultimate are relegated to the third class II Liiga , the 8th placed plays in the relegation.
