Jarmo Ahjupera (born April 13, 1984 in Võhma , Estonian SSR , Soviet Union ) is an Estonian football player on the position of a striker . Since 2014, after a few years in Hungary, he has been back in his home country in the first and second team of FC Nõmme Kalju .

His career began with FC Flora Tallinn, where he was loaned to various clubs in Estonia in order to gain match practice. At the beginning of the 2006 season he prevailed at FC Flora Tallinn. The Hungarian club Győri ETO noticed him because he was dangerous and signed him in January 2009.

For the national team of Estonia he has been used in 22 full internationals.
