The Bosnian-Herzegovinian football championship 1995/96 was the second season of the highest Bosnian-Herzegovinian league in men's football since its independence from Yugoslavia . It began on October 21, 1995 and ended on June 21, 1996. Only Bosniak teams took part in the championship .

NK Čelik Zenica was able to defend the title and became champion for the second time.
