General

The association was founded in 1925. After an immediate descent, Rudar managed to rise again. In 1998 and 1999 even the "national" cup played in Srpska could be won. 2004 succeeded the renewed promotion to the Premijer Liga . After relegation in 2005 Rudar Ugljevik played in the first division of the Republika Srpska (2nd division of Bosnia). In 2008 you had to relegate there and played a year in the third-rate Druga League of the Republika Srpska. But they managed to get back up and so they played second class in 2012.
