The Premyer Liqasi 2007/08 was the sixteenth edition of the highest football -Spielklasse of Azerbaijan . The season began on August 11, 2007 and ended on May 28, 2008. İnter Baku became the champions .

Two game days before the end of the season, Olimpik Baku lost a lead of five points with a 0-0 win at Xəzər Lənkəran and a 0-1 home defeat on the last game day against Qarabağ Ağdam. Local rivals İnter Baku won the last two games of the season and secured the first championship title in the club's history.

Defending champion Xəzər Lənkəran finished fourth and was able to defend the trophy. MKT Araz İmişli had to withdraw due to bankruptcy shortly before the start of the season. The league place went to ABN Bərdə .
