The 2007/08 Prva Crnogorska Liga was the second season of the top Montenegrin football league. The season began on August 10, 2007 and ended on May 24, 2008. Defending champion was FK Zeta Golubovci .
The twelve teams competed against each other in three rounds, so that 33 match days had to be completed. The teams that finished in the first six places after 22 games had an additional six home games, the teams in the lower six places had five home games. The bottom of the table was relegated to the Druga Crnogorska Liga . The teams in places ten and eleven played in the relegation to stay in the league.
Season course
Autumn champion was FK Zeta Golubovci . After the 15th matchday, Zeta had nine points ahead of Rudar Pljevlja and ten points over Budućnost Podgorica . Of the following six encounters, however, Zeta could only win one game. As a result, Budućnost caught up on points on the 22nd matchday, and after the following matchday no longer gave up the championship lead.
