The Prva Crnogorska Liga 2015/16 was the tenth season of the highest Montenegrin football league. The season started on August 8, 2015 and ended on May 29, 2016. Defending champion was FK Rudar Pljevlja .

The twelve teams competed against each other in three rounds, so that 33 match days had to be completed. The teams that finished in the first six places after 22 games had an additional six home games, the teams in the lower six places had five home games. The bottom of the table was relegated to the Druga Crnogorska Liga . The teams in places ten and eleven played in the relegation to stay in the league.

From this season onwards, the direct comparison was used in the event of a tie .
