The Ekstraklasa 2015/16 was the 82nd season of the highest Polish football -Spielklasse the men since its founding in 1927. The season began on July 17, 2015 and ended on May 15, 2016th

A total of sixteen clubs took part in the 2015/16 season. First place qualified for the UEFA Champions League 2016/17 , second place and third place for the UEFA Europa League 2016/17 . The last two clubs were relegated to the first division .

The defending champion was Lech Posen . Newcomers from the second Polish division were Zagłębie Lubin and Termalica Bruk-Bet Nieciecza .
