Ekstraklasa 2012/13

The Ekstraklasa 2013/14 was the 80th season of the highest Polish men's soccer division since it was founded in 1927. The season began on July 19, 2013 and ended on June 1, 2014. A total of sixteen clubs took part in the 2013 / 14 part. First place qualified for the 2nd qualifying round of the 2014/15 UEFA Champions League , second place and third place qualified for the 2nd qualifying round of the 2014/15 UEFA Europa League . The last two clubs were relegated to the first division . The defending champion is Legia Warsaw , which last year won its ninth Polish championship title after 2006. Zawisza Bydgoszcz and KS Cracovia are promoted from the second Polish division .

    Championship round

    The eight best-placed clubs in the preliminary round reached the championship round, in which, in addition to the championship, it was also about the international places in the European Cup .
