1In June 2013, Fenerbahçe Istanbul was barred from participating in UEFA club competitions for three years, including one year on probation, for which they would qualify in terms of sport, by the UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body, as five football club officials were involved in a bribery scandal (2011 ) were involved. The club then appealed to the UEFA Appeals Senate, which Fenerbahçe partially right in July 2013 and reduced the ban on participation to two years without any parole. Fenerbahçe again appealed the UEFA ruling, this time to the International Court of Justice (CAS) . After a hearing in August 2013, the CAS rejected the objection and thus upheld UEFA's judgment. As a result of this dismissal of the objection, Fenerbahçe were banned from participating in UEFA club competitions for which they had athletically qualified in the 2013/14 and 2014/15 seasons.
2Kardemir Karabükspor and Bursaspor moved into the 2nd and 3rd qualifying rounds of the UEFA Europa League in seventh and eighth place respectively, as Sivasspor (fifth) and Eskişehirspor (cup finalists) were excluded from UEFA for the 2014/15 UEFA Europa League . The reason given was that this club was involved in a bribery scandal. The sixth place Kasımpaşa Istanbul did not get a UEFA license from the Turkish Football Association, so that participation on the European stage, despite the athletic qualification, was also refused.

1The game between Beşiktaş and Galatasaray was rated 3-0 by the Turkish Football Association for Galatasaray. Beşiktaş fans rushed onto the pitch during stoppage time and referee Fırat Aydınus had to abandon the game.
2The game on December 15, 2013 between Kasımpaşa and Beşiktaş ended normally after 90 minutes under the referee management of Barış Şimşek with 2: 1. During the encounter Kasimpaşa player Ryan Donk threw a replacement ball on the ball and thus he stopped the flow of the game without permission . The referee punished this action with a yellow card and a referee ball. On December 18, 2013, Beşiktaş lodged a protest with the Turkish Football Association (TFF) because of the game and the referee's decision. The TFF agreed with Beşiktaş on January 12, 2014 and the encounter was repeated on February 11, 2014. The repeated game ended with 0: 3 under the other referee management of Tolga Özkalfa .
3The match between Trabzonspor and Fenerbahçe Istanbul was canceled on March 10, 2014 shortly before half-time when the score was 0: 1 because spectators had thrown fireworks, bricks and a knife onto the field. On April 8, 2014, the Turkish Football Association decided that the game would be rated 3-0 for Fenerbahçe Istanbul.
