Ekstraklasa 2013/14

The Ekstraklasa 2014/15 was the 81st season of the highest Polish men's soccer division since it was founded in 1927. The season started on July 18, 2014 and ended on June 7, 2015. A total of sixteen clubs took part in the 2014 / 15 part. First place qualified for the 2015/16 UEFA Champions League , second place and third place for the 2015/16 UEFA Europa League . The last two clubs were relegated to the first division . The defending champion was Legia Warsaw , who won their second in a row and a total of tenth Polish championship title after 2006 last year. GKS Bełchatów and Górnik Łęczna were promoted from the second Polish division .

    Championship round

    The eight best-placed clubs in the preliminary round reached the championship round, in which, in addition to the championship, it was also about the international places in the European Cup . The champions qualified for the Champions League and the two teams in second and third for the Europa League .
