Ivan Krstanović (born January 5, 1983 in Duvno ) is a Bosnian - Croatian footballer. Since 2013 he has been under contract with the Croatian first division club HNK Rijeka .

Career

Krstanović emerged from the youth of his home club HNK Tomislav Tomislavgrad . There he also spent his first 4 years as a footballer before moving to NK Drinovci for the 2004/2005 season. About NK Posušje he came in 2008 after Croatia , the capital club NK Zagreb . There he became the most successful shooter in the 1st HNL in the 2010/2011 season with 19 hits . This success aroused the interest of the Croatian master Dinamo Zagreb . He switched to the record champions for around € 1,500,000. He scored his first two goals in the second round of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League , when his team won 3-0 at home. In July 2013 he moved to HNK Rijeka .

Krstanović has only been nominated once for the Bosnian-Herzegovinian selection , despite his striker qualities .
