The FC Merani Tbilisi ( Georgian მერანი თბილისი ) is a Georgian football club in Tbilisi . He plays in the top division of Georgia , the Umaghlessi League . The club colors are red and white.
General
The association was founded in 1991 after the collapse of the Soviet Union . 2006 succeeded for the first time in the club's history ascent to the highest Georgian league, the Umaghlessi League. In the first season the club secured relegation with an 11th place. The home of the club is the Sinatle Stadium which can seat 2,000 spectators.
