The association was founded in 1993. He has been taking part in official games in Andorra since 1995 and was in the upper house, the Primera Divisió , until 2015 .
Inter Club has so far not had any major successes, the best placements in the league were a third place in the 1999/2000 and 2000/01 seasons. In 2002 they reached the cup final, but lost the game 2-0 to FC Lusitanos . In the all-time league table, the club is currently fifth.
