The Primera Divisió 2000/01 was the 6th season in the history of the Andorran football league. The season started on September 16, 2000 and ended on May 27, 2001.

After a preliminary round, each consisting of a round trip, the league was divided into two groups of four: the best four teams play in the championship round for the title and international starting positions, the four worst teams against relegation to the Segona Divisió . After the preliminary round, the teams took a third of their points.

The reigning champions, Constel·lació Esportiva , have been banned from the FAF for seven years.
