mode
In contrast to the previous season, this season was again carried out in a two-stage format. First there was a preliminary round with a return game, then the best six teams played the champions and the last six played in the relegation round.
The results from the preliminary round were taken over into the championship or relegation round. There was no relegated team, as the league was increased to 16 clubs for the following season.
