The Prva Makedonska Liga 2000/01 was the ninth season of the highest football league in North Macedonia . The season began on August 20, 2000 and ended on May 27, 2001. FK Sloga Jugomagnat Skopje was able to defend the title and won the championship for the third time in a row.
