Kazakh football cup
The Kazakh Football Cup is the national cup competition for club teams in Kazakh football . It has been held since the 1992 season. Teams from the top two divisions take part in the competition. Besides the Premjer League , it is the most important football competition in the country. The winner of the cup will be able to take part in the second qualifying round for the UEFA Europa League the following season . Since the introduction of the competition until 2008, the final has mainly been held in the Almaty Central Stadium. Since then, the modern Astana Arena has been the venue for the final.
