Bulgarian Football Cup

The Bulgarian Football Cup was held from 1937 to 1942 (as the Tsar's Cup ) and again since 1980. In addition, the Soviet Army Cup existed in Bulgaria from 1946 to 1991 . Between 1983 and 1998, the winner of the Bulgarian Cup qualified for the European Cup Winners' Cup , then for the UEFA Cup (today's Europa League ). The current record winner is Levski Sofia with 13 titles, closely followed by CSKA Sofia with one win less.

In May 2012, the Bulgarian Football Association decided that the Cup and Super Cup finals should be played in the Lasur Stadium in Burgas between the 2011/12 and 2014/15 seasons .
