Remarks
- ↑ The final was repeated after Cluj protested that the final was not played on a neutral pitch.
- ↑ After a goal in the 90th minute for Steaua Bucharest by referee Radu Petrescu was not recognized because of offside; left the players of Steaua at the behest of Valentin Ceauşescu , the son of President Nicolae Ceauşescu , the pitch. The game ended 1-1 and the trophy was handed over to Dinamo Bucharest. The Romanian Association scored the final but 2-1 and Steaua was declared the winner. After the Romanian Revolution , Steaua returned the trophy to Dinamo in 1990. In the lists, however, Steaua Bucharest continues to be the cup winner
