The Cupa României in 1941 was the eighth tournament for the Romanian Football Cup . The winner was Rapid Bucharest for the fifth time in a row , which was able to prevail in the final on September 7, 1941 against Unirea Tricolor Bucharest .

The clubs of Divizia A only started in the round of the last 32 teams. Initially, only one game was played. If this was a draw after 90 minutes, an extension of 30 minutes followed. Only when this also ended in a draw was a second leg played to bring about a decision. If the second leg ended in a draw after extra time, home rights were swapped until a winner was determined.
