The Cupa României in the 1950 season was the 13th tournament for the Romanian Football Cup . The winner was defending champion CCA Bucharest , which was able to prevail in the final on November 26, 1950 against master Flamura Roşie Arad .

The clubs of Divizia A only got in the round of the last 32 teams and had to play away first. Only one game was played at a time. If this was a draw after 90 minutes, an extension of 30 minutes followed. If after that there was still no decision, the visiting team moved on to the next round.
