The Cupa României in the 2002/03 season was the 65th tournament for the Romanian Football Cup . The winner for the tenth time was Dinamo Bucharest , which won the final on May 31, 2003 against FC Național Bucharest . This qualified Dinamo for the UEFA Cup . Defending champion Rapid Bucharest was eliminated in the round of 16.
