The Federația Română de Fotbal (FRF) is the Romanian football association.

The Romanian Football Association was founded in 1909, but it did not join FIFA until 1923 and was a founding member of UEFA in 1954 . The Romanian national football team has already participated in the first three world championships (1930, 1934 and 1938).

The association takes care of the organization of the lower Romanian football leagues, u. a. of League II and League III . The association also organizes the women's national team , all youth national teams (U17, U19, U21 ) and the Romanian national soccer team .

On March 5, 2014, the 29-year-old Răzvan Burleanu replaced the previous President Mircea Sandu at the head of the association.
