The Real Federación Española de Fútbol ( RFEF for short , German  Royal Spanish Football Association ) is the official football association in Spain .

The RFEF is based in the association's own sports complex Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas , a suburb of Madrid . It has been a member of FIFA since it was founded in 1913 and has been part of UEFA since 1954 . President is currently Luis Rubiales , sports director José Francisco Molina .

The association organizes La Liga , all lower leagues and the Spanish national team . Also Futsal at club and international level, subject to the Royal Spanish Football Federation.

Placement in the UEFA five-year ranking ( previous year's ranking in brackets ). The abbreviations CL and EL after the country coefficients indicate the number of representatives in the 2019/20 season of the Champions League and the Europa League .
