The FK FC Kaisar ( Kazakh : Қайсар Қызылорда Футбол Клубы / FC Kaisar Futbol Kluby , Russian : Футбольный клуб Кайсар Кызылорда / Futbolny club Kaissar Kysylorda ) is a Kazakh football club from the city of Kyzylorda .

Soviet championship
The club was founded in 1968 as Wolna . In the Soviet championship, the club always played in the lowest leagues. The club took part in the Soviet Football Cup only once. In the 1988/89 edition, the team was beaten in the round of 32 by the Ukrainian team Metalist Kharkiv .
Kazakh championship
Since Kazakhstan's independence in 1991, the club played in the country's top division . In 1993, the team finished in a disappointing 21st place and was relegated. The club spent two years in the second division before relegation was achieved by winning the second division. 1998 was the most successful season so far, when the 4th place in the championship was won and the final of the Kazakh Cup was just lost 2-1 against Irtysh Pavlodar . After the 2004 season , Kaisar rose again from the lower division. In the following year, the team again won the championship of the 2nd division. From 2006 to 2009 the club was first class. After the 2009 season , the team relegated again and managed to get promoted again in the following season. Before the 2013 season, the club had to give up participation in the Premjer League due to financial difficulties. The immediate ascent took place again.
Participation in AFC competitions
For the first time the club from Kyzylorda appeared at the Cup Winners' Cup in the 1998/99 season. In the West Asian group, the club had to compete with Nisa Ashgabat from Turkmenistan in the first round and dropped out of the competition after a 0-1 away defeat and a 1-1 draw at home.
In the following tournament in 1999/2000, the Tajik representative Khuja Karim Gazimalik was defeated in the first round . In the second round, the team was defeated by Navbahor Namangan from Uzbekistan after a 2-2 home draw and a subsequent 0-1 away defeat.
Stadion
The club plays its home games in the 7,000-seat Gany Muratbajew Stadium , which was built in 1968.
