Älibek Baqtijaruly Böleschew ( Kazakh Әлібек Бақтиярұлы Бөлешев , Russian Алибек Бахтиярович Булешев , Alibek Bachtijarowitsch Buleschew * 9. April 1981 in Taldyqorghan ) is a Kazakh football players .

Since 2011 he has played for Sunkar Kaskelen , who had been promoted to the Kazakh premier league , but had to relegate with the club immediately. In 2013 Böleschew moved to the league competitor Oqschetpes Kökschetau and in 2014 made promotion to the Premjer League with Kökschetau.
