    Relegation

    The eleventh-placed FK Vitebsk played two relegation games against the runner-up Partizan Minsk of Perschaja Liha after the end of the regular season . The games took place on December 1st and 4th. Partizan Minsk finally won 2: 0 and 1: 2 against Vitebsk and rose to the first division. However, the club had to withdraw due to financial difficulties before the start of the season and only played third class in 2012, while the Wyschejschaja Liha 2012 was exceptionally held with only eleven teams.
