Super League 2009/10

The Axpo Super League 2010/11 was the 114th season of the top Swiss league in men's football. It took place from July 17, 2010 to May 25, 2011.

Ten teams took part in the Axpo Super League, each of which met four times.

The championship was won again by defending champions FC Basel , who qualified directly for the UEFA Champions League . New to the Super League was the direct promoted FC Thun , who took over from FC Aarau , who had been relegated after 29 years at the end of last season . At the end of the season, FC St. Gallen , which had only been promoted two years earlier, was relegated. The ninth-placed AC Bellinzona , who were defeated by Servette FC Genève in the barrage games , also rose . Servette rose to the top division again after the bankruptcy-related relegation in 2004.
