The thirteenth Swiss football championship was 1909 / 1910 instead.

The top division, Serie A , was divided into three regional groups. A win brought 2 points, a draw 1 point. The winners of the three groups competed against each other in finals for the championship.

In 1910, the Young Boys Bern became champions for the third time and for the second time in a row .
