Reto Zanni (born February 9, 1980 ) is a former Swiss football player .

Career

Zanni began his professional career at SC Buochs and later played at Grasshopper Club Zurich , FC St. Gallen , again at Grasshopper Club Zurich and FC Thun . The right full-back played at FC Basel since the winter break of the 2004/05 season . Still a regular under coach Christian Gross , Zanni only played very few games under the new coach Thorsten Fink . At the beginning of February 2011, despite the current contract, he moved to Liechtenstein's FC Vaduz , which plays in the Swiss Challenge League, free of charge . In August 2012 he moved to his parent club SC Buochs, where he ended his active football career on November 19, 2012.
