The Premjer-Liha 2010/11 ( Ukrainian Прем'єр-ліга ) was the 20th edition of the highest Ukrainian league in football . The season started on July 9, 2010 and ended May 21, 2011 . Shakhtar Donetsk started the season as last year's champions . From the second division came PFK Sevastopol and Wolyn Lutsk .
