The Metalurh Stadium is a football stadium in the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih . It has space for 29,783 spectators and is the home of the Krywbas Krywyj Rih association .
The Metalurh Stadium in Kryvyi Rih , a city in southern Ukraine , was built in 1970. Since then, it has served the Krywbas Krywyj Rih club as a venue for their home games. Krywbas was once Ukrainian vice-cup winner and won the only championship title of the second Ukrainian league, the Perscha Liha , in 1992 and was the first champion in this division. Since winning this title and the associated promotion to the Premjer-Liha , Krywbas Krywyj Rih has played in the top Ukrainian league.
The Metalurh Stadium can seat 29,783 spectators. It is right next to a tram stop from Kryvyi Rih . In addition to being used for soccer games, other sporting events such as athletics competitions and concerts take place here.
