The Premjer-Liha 2011/12 ( Ukrainian Прем'єр-ліга ) was the 21st season of the highest Ukrainian league in football and the fourth edition under this name (previously: Wyschtscha Liha, German Supreme League). The season began on July 8, 2011 and ended in May 2012. Last year's winner, Shakhtar Donetsk , won the championship . From the second division came PFK Oleksandrija and Tschornomorez Odessa . However, PFK Oleksandrija could not keep the class and was relegated as well as Obolon Kiev .

Sixteen teams played against each other twice over a total of 30 match days, divided into a first and a second round. The clubs in the last two places were relegated to the Perscha Liha .
