The 2011/12 Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio was the 27th season of the San Marino Football League . It began on September 17, 2011 and ended with the championship finals on May 29, 2012.

In the basic round, the teams played in two equal groups of eight and seven teams respectively. Each team met the teams in their own group twice and each team in the other group once. Then the top three teams in each group competed in the championship playoff, which was played in a double knockout system . The two group winners received a bye in the first round and only entered the playoffs in the second round.

In the final, SP Tre Penne defeated AC Libertas and thus secured the first championship title in the club's history. The cup was won by the SP La Fiorita .
