The Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio 1990/91 was the sixth season of the San Marinese football league . The four best teams after a round consisting of a round trip and the champions of the A2 series played for the title in a master playoff.

The S.C. FAETANO won with a final against the SP Tre Fiori the second title by 1986 . Last year's champion SP La Fiorita rose as the penultimate in the second division.
