The 1988/89 Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio was the fourth season of the San Marinese football league . The four best teams after a round-trip round and the two best of the A2 series played for the title in a master playoff.

The FC Domagnano won with a final victory against SP La Fiorita the first title in club history.
