The Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio 2018/19 was the 34th season of the San Marinese football league . It began on September 21, 2018 and ends with the championship final on May 25, 2019.

SP Tre Penne became champion for the fourth time.

mode

In the basic round, the teams played in two equal groups of eight and seven teams respectively. Each team met the teams in its own group once. In the second group phase, the four best-placed teams in each group competed in group 1, the rest in group 2. In the second group phase, all teams played against each other twice. Then the first sixth placed from Group 1, the first placed from Group 2, as well as the winner of the playoff from the second and third placed from Group 2 played the champions in a playoff system.

Since there is only one soccer league in San-Marino, there is no promotion or relegation of individual teams. Therefore, the same clubs took part as in the previous season. The 15 teams were drawn into the two groups shortly before the start of the season.
