The 2018/19 Super League was the 13th season of the Serbian top division in men's football . It started on July 21, 2018 and ended on May 19, 2019.

After the preliminary round, the league was divided into two finals. The teams in places 1 to 8 reached the championship round, in which they played in seven play-off games for the championship. The clubs in ranks 9 to 16 played against relegation in seven play-out games, the last two were relegated directly. The teams were credited with half of the points scored from the preliminary round, which took place in 30 match days, half points were rounded up. After all, at the end of the final round, each club played a total of 37 games.
