From the age of twelve, Mudrinski played in the youth of Vojvodina Novi Sad . With Vojvodina he made his debut on April 11, 2010 in the SuperLiga on the 23rd match day of the 2009/10 season against OFK Belgrade and scored the goal to make it 2-2. In August 2010 he completed two top division games for Hajduk Kula as part of a short loan deal . After he had completed only one league appearance after his return for Vojvodina Novi Sad in the first half of the 2010/11 season, he played in the second half of the season on loan for FK Novi Sad in the second division . He then terminated his contract with Vojvodina Novi Sad on August 3, 2011. Then he joined the FK Jagodina . By the end of the 2011/12 season, he scored nine goals for the club.
With Jagodina Mudrinski qualified fourth in the SuperLiga for the UEFA Europa League in the 2011/12 season . After he failed in the first round of qualifying for the group stage of the 2012/13 Europa League with FK Jagodina, he moved to the record champions Red Star Belgrade at the end of August 2012 . On September 2, 2012, he scored a hat trick against Radnički Niš in his first game for Red Star ; he was the first player to have achieved this in the history of the Red Star.
In July 2013, the German second division team SpVgg Greuther Fürth signed Mudrinski. On August 24, 2014, the club and Mudrinski terminated the contract because “the mutual hopes and expectations could not be implemented”.
After moving to Switzerland for FC Aarau , Mudrinski signed a two-year contract with FK Spartak Subotica in January 2016 . In the second half of the Serbian SuperLiga 2015/16 he played, mainly as a substitute, 13 league games in which he scored 2 goals. He was used in two cup rounds, where he scored two goals in a game against ex-club Jagodina. In the first half of the 2016/17 season , Mudrinski was the top scorer of his team with a total of 9 goals. In April 2017, he extended his contract with the club for another year. Nevertheless, Mudrinski moved to FK Čukarički in the summer of 2017 . There he was voted into the “Eleven of the Year” by players and coaches of the Serbian Super League at the end of the 2018/19 season .
