Super League 2017/18

The 2018/19 Super League was the 60th season of the highest Greek division in men's football and the 13th event under the name Super League . The championship was played with 16 teams. It began on August 25, 2018 and ended on May 5, 2019. In contrast to the previous season, there were three permanent relegators and one relegation relegant at the end of the season.

The defending champion was the AEK Athens .

Season course

The 15th matchday, the last one before the winter break, was completely canceled after masked attackers attacked a referee in front of his house and his colleagues went on strike until January 2019. On January 12, 2019, the championship continued with the 16th matchday. PAOK won their third championship title after 34 years with one matchday to go. The team did not lose a game and was the first national champion after Panathinaikos in the 1963/1964 season to succeed. The national cup followed on May 11, 2019.
