The Ligue 1 2018/19 (officially after the sponsor, the textile manufacturer Conforama, Ligue 1 Conforama until the season 2020/21 ) was the 81st season in the highest French football league of men. The season began on August 10, 2018 with the game Olympique Marseille against FC Toulouse and ended on May 24, 2019. On May 30 and June 2, the relegation games of the table eighteenth against relegation took place.
Defending champion was Paris Saint-Germain , the club was able to defend its title. Stade Reims rose as champions of the Ligue 2 preseason, as did runners-up Olympique Nîmes , who played first class again since the 1990s.

- Some league matches could not be played regularly within one week on several match days due to the yellow vest protests and the terrorist attack in Strasbourg in December 2018. Since the police security forces resources of the football games are needed for the expected protests and the capital Paris was under temporarily declared a high security zone. That is why the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP), French professional football league, canceled some league matches at short notice and some of them were made up for the following week or months later. The following game days were affected, so far 24 league matches:
- Matchday 17 - Dec. 7-9 , 2018 (calendar week 49): six out of ten league matches were canceled and some were not made up until February 2019.
- Matchday 18 - Dec. 14-16 , 2018 ( week 50): again six out of ten league matches were canceled and some were not made up until March 2019.
- Matchday 20 - Jan. 11-13 , 2019 (week 2): one of ten league matches was canceled and it was made up after more than a week.
- Matchday 22 - Jan. 25-27 , 2019 (week 4): again one of ten league matches was canceled and it was made up next week.
- 23rd matchday - February 1st - 2nd, 2019 (week 5): three out of ten league matches were canceled and some were rescheduled weeks later.
- 27th matchday - 1-3 March 2019 (week 9): one of ten league matches was canceled and it was made up for next week.
- 28th matchday - 8-10 March 2019 (KW 10): One of ten league matches was canceled and it was only made up in April 2019.
- Matchday 30 - March 29th - 31st 2019 (KW 13): three out of ten league matches were canceled and made up for next week.
- Matchday 34 - Apr. 26-28 , 2019 (week 17): two of ten league matches were canceled and made up for next week.
