As relegated from Ligue 1 , AS Nancy and FC Lorient came as losers in the relegation. LB Châteauroux and US Quevilly rose from the National . The second direct relegated from Ligue 1, SC Bastia , was not granted the license for the second division. For him, Paris FC moved up from the third division.
