Women's soccer
Since the 2011/12 season, the club has had a women's football department that plays in the top French league under the name En Avant de Guingamp / Ville de Saint-Brieuc . The Stade Saint-Brieuc women's team, founded in 1971 , joined the neighboring professional club for better financial support. The team continued to play their home games at Stade Fred-Aubert in Saint-Brieuc until 2018 ; then the women moved to the club training center in Pabu . They continue to receive particularly attractive opponents at Guingamps Stade de Roudourou .
The association focuses on promoting talent among women. With this concept, EA Guingamp, under coach Sarah M'Barek, has established itself behind the two “greats” Olympique Lyon and Paris Saint-Germain FC, especially in the 2014/15 season .
