society

Dentinho was launched in 2007 his professional career at Corinthians in the Series A . He made his debut against SE Palmeiras and shortly afterwards the attacker scored his first goal in the game against Fluminense Rio de Janeiro . At the end of the season, however, the club rose. Under the new coach Mano Menezes , Dentinho developed into a regular player and, together with the Argentinian Germán Herrera, formed an accurate storm duo that led the team to win the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B and thus to immediate promotion. Both attacking players were the best shooters in their club with 14 goals each. After Herrera, who only played on loan for Corinthians, left the club in the 2009 season, Dentinho was joined by the experienced former world footballer Ronaldo . This year the success did not stop and the attacker was able to win the Copa do Brasil with his team . On September 30, 2009 Dentinho extended his contract to 2013. On March 10, 2010, after the team qualified for the Copa Libertadores in the preseason , the striker scored his first goal in the aforementioned competition in the game against Independiente Medellín . Four days later, on March 14, 2010, Corinthians won 2-1 on matchday 14 of the São Paulo state championship against EC Santo André . The 1-0 in the third minute for Corinthians by Dentinho was the 10,000 in the club's history.

For the 2013 winter transfer window, Beşiktaş announced the signing of Dentinho on loan. The loan ends on December 31, 2013 with a subsequent purchase option for nine million euros.

National team

Dentinho was a national team player for Brazil's U-20s . With this he took part in the Campeonato Sudamericano Sub-20 2009 , the U-20 South American Championship, which won the selection. In the course of the tournament, however, he only managed one hit.
